Anuradha Yadav

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Anu has led organizations that support early stage entrepreneurs, including as Interim Director of Fairmount Innovation Lab and Executive Director of TiE-Boston, the Boston chapter of TiE-Global, the largest global non-profit fostering entrepreneurship. Anu is also a corporate attorney with ten years of experience practicing law, including at State Street Bank and Trust Company and Ropes & Gray, LLP. She is a Trustee Emerita of the University of Vermont.

Paula Vasquez

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Paula is an operations professional who supports mission-driven organizations through strong operational systems, HR processes, and close collaboration across teams. Paula’s background combines academic training in business administration and economics with experience in both corporate and nonprofit settings. Paula is a Senior Fellow of the Melton Foundation and has supported international programs focused on leadership, inclusion, and community engagement, reflecting a long-standing commitment to social impact and community-based work.

Geoff Mamlet

EXECUTIVE CHAIR

Geoff is Senior Advisor at CIC, where he’s been part of senior management since 2000. From 2003-2015, Geoff was on the investment team with New Atlantic Ventures and DFJ New England Fund.  Prior to CIC, Geoff was co-founder of E-Travel (sold to Oracle in 1999).
