We select between 7-12 women entrepreneurs to participate in a new cohort each year.
Our sixth cohort will begin in Q1 2025.
Our entrepreneurs are:
Adult women
Businesses launched
Based in the Greater Boston area
Generating early revenue, typically more than $30k
Most entrepreneurs have completed an early stage accelerator program
(current participants have completed accelerator programs at EforAll, Fairmount Innovation Lab , Smarter in the City, Center for Women and Enterprise, TLE Center for Urban Entrepreneurship, and Commonwealth Kitchen)
Representative sectors include tech, food, beauty, and retail. We encourage all applications!

Time Commitment:
2 weeknights per month (1.5 hours each) for peer-to-peer and programming sessions
2 mentor meetings per month (1.5 hours each)
Meetings with WOCE team (periodically)
Our only cost to you is $100 to reserve your spot.
