We select between 10-15 women entrepreneurs to participate in a new cohort each year.
Our eighth cohort will begin in Q1 2027.
Our Entrepreneurs Are:
Bold founders who have launched their businesses and are focused on growth. Typically, when businesses join us, they are generating mid six figure revenue.
Most entrepreneurs have completed an early stage accelerator program (current participants have completed accelerated programs at EforAll , Center for Women and Enterprise, and Commonwealth Kitchen)
Representative sectors include tech, food, beauty, and retail. We encourage all applications!

Time Commitment:
2 weeknights per month (1.5 hours each)for peer-to-peer and programming sessions
2 mentor meetings per month (1.5 hours each)
Meetings with WOCE team (periodically)
Our only cost to you is $100 to reserve your spot.
